For this Family Friday, we’re sitting down to talk about a book that we sell at Moon Lily.

This month, instead of reading and discussing a book for adults, we're taking one of our books for kids and talking about how we can discuss these topics with our kids. This month, we'll be reading, "Me and My Dysphoria Monster," by Laura Kate Dale. This book is a great introduction to discussing dysphoria with your kids. Whether or not you think your child is struggling with their gender identity, or they have a loved one who is, this book is a great way to help kids understand these topics with empathy and love. We'll read through it all together, and then discuss the parts of the book that stood out as teachable moments for us and our kids.
